Stickandseal.in enables online verification and authorisation of payments through the following payment service:
- Instamojo payment gateway (www.instamojo.com).
- in is a Verisign secured site with 128 bit SSL encryption.
Following payment methods are accepted through the INSTAMOJO payment gateway:
- Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard and American Express
- Debit Cards: Debit cards issued by most of the major banks.
- Net banking: We allow net banking transactions from nearly 50 major Indian banks.
- Note: Your billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway equivalent to your order value.
What happens if my payment fails?
In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e., account details, billing address, password
- Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Option
Please note that COD option is Not available as of now.
At stickandseal.in aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. Once we get your order confirmation and payments, we process your order within 3 business days for shipping. All our products are delivered by trusted and reputed couriers.
Delivery Charges, general
stickandseal.in provides free delivery across India, except for the following cases:
- For Orders below Rs. 500/-, Maximum shipping charges of Rs. 100.00- is applicable.
- The delivery charges are based on the selling price of products on stickandseal.in and will not change by applying discount coupons.
Time for Delivery
Delivery is applicable to only Indian pin code. We don’t support delivery of Items out side of India.
Delivery may take up to 2-3 business weeks from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated via emails at every milestone. An email and SMS is sent to you after the order is shipped and that will contain the tracking number and the delivery service provider. Type the tracking number in the tracking section on the website of the service provider. The order status would provide detailed information on your package. If, for any reason, our shipping partner cannot reach you, we will provide you with the instructions to collect the product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In these situations, stickandseal.in reserves the right to cancel the sale contract and stickandseal.in will fully refund you the amount.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we are available to resolve issue and handle customer grievances.
We accept returns of our product when product doesn’t match the specification as described or it is faulty or broken. Before you return a stickandseal.in sold products, we would suggest you to contact our customer support team and explain the issue e.g Why don’t you like our product, how can we provide help to make you happy..
In spite of these variables, at stickandseal.in we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item. You will also need to enclose the return form with the items you wish to return. Reverse Pick Up Policy
We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.
- You can call us on +91 9205803771 or e-mail us at customercare@ stickandseal.in within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
- Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
- We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the stickandseal.in tags.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
- The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 1-2 business week from the date of request.
- After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
- In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- If returned article is damaged or used, we reserve right to stop refund or make partial refund.
- Note: Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below:
- You can return/exchange in 7 days after date of delivery, But under the condition that stickandseal.in customer service is intimated within 3 days of delivery of the goods to your address.
- A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the goods. You can download the Returns Form by clicking the Returns & Exchanges link.
- stickandseal.in will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Returns & Exchanges form if the pin code is out of pick-up location
- Please note that all products must be sent to our office in Delhi, India
Refund Policy for Claiming Refunds
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking:
As the charge on your credit card / account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.
If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping. However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where stickandseal.in has erroneously sent you a wrong item.
In case you have paid twice for one transaction, then one of the transaction amounts will be refunded via the same source within 7 to 15 working days.
In case a customer wishes to cancel the order before he has availed of the service, i.e., before the shipment has been made, the entire amount will be refunded via original payment method within 7 to 15 working days from the date of cancellation of the order.
Note: Your billing amount will be shown in Indian Rupees on the payment gateway. This is equivalent to your order value.
DISPUTES & CHARGE BACK CASES
For disputes and charge back cases kindly provide Invoice copy and POD copy to enable us to trace the order and for tracking the ordering process.
